Tikelia Stennis
President and Founder
Tikelia Stennis is the Founder and CEO of Tikis Dance School & Youth Mentorship, where she combines creativity, discipline, and purpose to empower the next generation through dance and personal development. She is also the President of the Virtue In Progress (VIP) Women’s Group, a community designed to uplift and support women in faith, leadership, and life.
With a degree in Evangelism and Missions, her life and work are rooted in faith, service, and a commitment to making a lasting impact. In addition to ministry and entrepreneurship, she has worked in the financial industry for 14 years, developing a strong foundation in leadership, business, and client engagement.
A devoted wife and mother of three, she resides in North Carolina, where she continues to lead, mentor, and inspire both youth and women to walk confidently in their God-given purpose.
